Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with EScooter Spares! We take pride in the quality of our e-scooter tyres and tubes. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: We cannot accept returns on items that have been fitted, used, damaged, or are missing original packaging.

2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unused, and resellable condition.
  • The product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).

3. Exclusions from Returns

Please note the following exclusions to our return policy:

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind or for purchases that are no longer needed.
  • Incorrect Size: We strongly advise you to verify the correct tyre and tube sizes before purchasing. We are unable to accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size.
  • Damage Caused by Purchaser: We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged due to improper fitting, attempts to fit, or misuse by the purchaser.

4. How to Return an Item

To lodge a return:

  1. Email escooterpartsaus@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Send the item back via a trackable postage service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund, replacement, or store credit.

We strongly recommend using Australia Post tracked services to ensure your item reaches us safely.

5. Refund Timeframes

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Please note, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 2–5 business days to process the funds.

5. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago (unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law)
  • Items that have been fitted, modified, or used
  • Items sold as clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards or store credits

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or doesn’t perform as promised, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
