EScooter Spares strives to get your electric scooter parts to you as quickly and affordably as possible. We offer Australia-wide shipping via Australia Post with simple, flat-rate options.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer two delivery options for your convenience:

Standard Shipping$10.00 Flat Rate
Delivery time: 3–7 business days (metro areas)
Regional and remote areas may take slightly longer

Express Shipping$15.00 Flat Rate
Delivery time: 1–3 business days depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Australia-Only Shipping

At this time, EScooter Spares ships exclusively within Australia.
We do not offer international shipping.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

Yes! We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post for your convenience.

Order Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking. You can track your parcel directly via the Australia Post Tracking Portal.

Confirmation of Identity

To protect our customers and reduce the risk of credit card fraud, EScooter Spares may, at times, request additional information to confirm your identity before processing your order.
You may be asked to provide:

  1. The credit card used for the transaction (last 4 digits and cardholder verification).
  2. A valid driver’s licence to confirm your identity.
  3. Proof of payment (e.g. transaction receipt or bank statement).

PayPal Verified Customers – If you pay using a verified PayPal account, no identification check is required.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

All parcel deliveries will be made to the customer’s front door or left in the safest accessible area around the home under Authority to Leave (ATL).

If you prefer signature on delivery, please contact us before placing your order to arrange this option.

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered under ATL, EScooter Spares is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Missing, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels

While we aim to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely, EScooter Spares is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.

If your parcel is delayed, please first check the tracking link.
